An Easy Key Chip is a small NFC device that allows you to access lockers, pickup points, and services without using your phone. It provides quick, secure, and contactless entry with a single tap, making your pickup experience faster and more convenient.
The chip uses NFC technology to communicate with Easy Key systems. When you tap the chip on a locker or device, it automatically verifies your access and unlocks the assigned compartment. It requires no battery and works instantly.
Yes, every chip is connected to your personal Easy Key account. This ensures that only you can access the items or lockers assigned to you, even if someone else tries to use the physical chip.
You can activate your chip through the Easy Key app by going to the chip activation section. The app will guide you to tap your chip on your phone so it can register and link directly to your account within seconds.
If your chip is lost, you should immediately open the Easy Key app and deactivate it. This blocks any unauthorized access. After that, you can request a replacement chip directly from the app or through customer support.
